I've been a fan of Adam Lambert since I saw his audition for American Idol in San Francisco in 2009. Being a punk rock fan, Adam who dress mostly in black immediately caught my attention. Ever since becoming his fan, I've tuned in to American Idol every week just to see Adam's performance. Every week he had something new to offer, he spiced up the season. Although he wasn't the best performance of the night, he never failed to impress me. Even after revealing the truth about him being gay, i didnt change my mind about being his fan. Afterall, I was interested in his music and his ability to entertain not his preference in partner. His best performance on American Idol to me is "Tracks of my tears". It showed a different side of Adam, a more innocent and emotional side. Even though, Adam did not win that season, which was disappointing because he clearly deserved it, I was glad that he was offered a record deal because fans have an opportunity to listen to more of Adam's music. I was over joyed when I listen to his album because every song was like learning something new about Adam. The songs on the album were ranged from party songs to slow ballads. Personally my favourite songs would be 'Strut' and 'Whatta Ya Want From Me'.
